We know you’re eager to receive your order—and we’re just as eager to get it to you. Here’s what to expect when your Happy Campurr goodies are on the move.

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2–3 business days from our New Jersey studio. During peak seasons (especially November–December), please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

Shipping Options (U.S. Only)

Standard Shipping

Processing Time: 2–3 business days
Transit Time: 3–6 business days
Carrier: USPS Ground Advantage or similar
Cost: $8.95 flat rate.

Please note: Carriers don’t guarantee delivery dates. Your package may travel by land, air, or both—and sometimes take the scenic route.

Where Do You Ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered—but if something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

Contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a return authorization
Items must be unused and in original packaging
Once received, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or a store credit
Please allow up to 3 weeks for return processing

Note: Custom or personalized items are final sale. At this time, we cannot offer exchanges.

Important Shipping Notes

Please double-check your address at checkout. We’re not responsible for:

Missed deliveries due to signature requirements
Returned packages from failed delivery attempts
Incomplete or incorrect addresses

If a package is returned to us for any of the above reasons, additional shipping fees will apply to resend your order.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but it’s missing, you’ll need to contact the shipping carrier directly.
