Something arrived damaged. Now what?
We ship everything with care, but the occasional bump does happen. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away. We’ll either replace it or refund you—no drama.
How fast do you ship?
Orders ship within 2–3 business days. Often faster. If you order early in the week, there’s a good chance it’ll ship same-day. We don’t ship on weekends because, like cats, we rest.
Do you offer rush shipping?
Sometimes, yes. Reach out before placing your order and we’ll see if we can fast-track it. We’re limited by what our carriers can do, but we’ll do our part if the timing works.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the U.S. only.
What’s your return policy?
We rarely get returns, but if something’s wrong, we’ll fix it. Returns are accepted for damaged items and unworn apparel (wrong size? no problem). Custom items are final sale.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, no issue there.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and secured using industry-standard protocols. Your information stays safe, and we never share it or store it.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Only if your shipping address is in a state that requires it (like New Jersey). If it’s not showing up at checkout, you’re in the clear.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes—we welcome wholesale orders. You can find us on Faire or get in touch directly through our Contact Us page if you’d like to discuss carrying Happy Campurr in your shop.
